1. Our Services
We provide business-to-business data products including verified lead lists, signal-based data subscriptions, and related services. All data is sourced from publicly available UK records including government registers, regulatory filings, and open data sources.
2. Acceptable Use
When you purchase data from us, you agree to:
- Use the data for lawful business purposes only
- Comply with UK GDPR, PECR, and all applicable data protection laws when contacting individuals or businesses in our data
- Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our data to third parties without our written consent
- Not use the data for unsolicited consumer marketing (our data is B2B only)
- Include a working opt-out mechanism in any outreach you send using our data
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms.
3. Data Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to verify the accuracy of our data, including cross-referencing multiple public sources and running email verification checks before delivery.
We guarantee a minimum 95% accuracy rate on verified lead lists. If the verified accuracy of a delivered list falls below 95%, we will replace the inaccurate records at no additional cost. To claim a replacement, notify us within 14 days of delivery with evidence of the inaccurate records (e.g. bounce reports).
However, business data changes constantly. Companies close, people move roles, and contact details change. We do not guarantee that every record will be accurate at the time you use it, and we cannot be held responsible for changes that occur after delivery.
4. Payment and Delivery
- Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
- Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed
- Data products are delivered digitally (typically as CSV files via email or secure download)
- Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
5. Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once data has been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If data accuracy falls below our 95% guarantee, we will provide replacement records as described in section 3 above.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of our products
- We are not liable for any losses arising from how you use the data we provide, including the results of any outreach campaigns you run
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, design, code, branding) is owned by TQC Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without permission.
When you purchase data from us, you receive a licence to use that data for your own business purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the data itself.
8. Website Use
Our website is provided "as is." We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.
Blog posts and guides on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
